Heehaw! Not that things are great out there. Prices are still in the pits and buyers are having a harder time that ever getting approved. Still, it’s nice to see some product moving along there. For investors, it’s the wild west out there. Those who focus on solid streets/neighborhoods are sure to come out ahead. Spring should be interesting, for sure. We’ll see if things come to a grinding halt after the 4/30 deadline.

I’m thinking this means we’ve learned something from the latest crisis.
