For you investors of multifamily properties…the rent figure seems LOW. Perhaps it’s due to the proximity to the hospitals & universities, but ‘round here you’re looking at $800/month for a 2 bedroom for something decent. In any case, you are in a much better position to get a higher amount if you offer these sough-after amenities.
